Employe of Eureka Land Live Stock Company Meets Tragic Death .One of the Basques employed by the Eureka Land Stock Company as sheepherder, was drowned in the Humboldt river early Monday morn ing at the pool below the Linebarger dam east of Carlin says the Elko Free Press. The company was shipping lambs and the young fellow whose name was Esteban Guerrenabarena, was sent to the shipping corral to assist in loading, and as he left the camp he said that he would take a swim as he crossed the river. When he failed to show up for dinner, search was made by his companions, who found his clothes on the river bank near the dam. The body was recovered yesterday and brought to Elko last night and the funeral will be held this evening at five o'clock from the Keyser Undertaking parlors. The deceased had been in this coun try about a year and was 21 years of age.
