Cholera Claims 26 Lives in Korea

Ocean breezes end a three day heat wave in Southern California with an expected drop to the mid 70s to 90s by Monday. Daylight Saving Time Ends Sunday in Wisconsin

Man Dies After Liver Transplant in Boston

Joseph Bingel a 58 year old Boston man died eleven days after a rare liver transplant at Peter Brent Brigham Hospital. He had a malignant liver tumor and received the transplant from patrolman Edward Callahan who died from gunshot wounds in a holdup. Callahan's liver was preserved for the operation and his wife participated as the donor.
