In Racine AP report thirteen children plan a family council to chart their future after the deaths of Daniel Swartz 49 and Verlane 46 and two year old Billy in a car-truck crash. The survivors include four married daughters in Michigan and sons Charles 23 and Steven 16, with the elder directing siblings to stay in the Racine home. Other Swartz children are Richard 14 Steven 11 Frank 10 Robert 9 Kathy and Karen 6. Sister Carol 26 lives in Portland Oregon.
