The Cost of Living Council will promptly raise ceiling prices for gasoline diesel and home heating oil after reviewing new data. ARCO may increase wholesale gasoline by one cent and cut a proposed two cent rise in heating oil. About 100 billion gallons of fuel sold in 1973 could lift motorists’ costs by one billion dollars.
