Longshoreman Eugene Walker dropped his glasses into the hold of the cargo ship Telde while unloading at Wilmington Calif on August 13. Rural Wisconsin man shoots mother then kills himself
A 56 year old Neenah man Anton R. Kuehl shot his mother Gertrude Padelford 77 with a .22 rifle on a farm near Highway 150 and died at Theda Clark Hospital. Mrs Padelford was found in the barn while Kuehl died on arrival at the hospital after leaving a note and taking his own life. The couple resided at Route 2 Neenah authorities said.

Teen-Agers Die In Milwaukee Crash Toll Rises
Two Milwaukee teenagers Gerald Jang 19 and Christy Bohne 15 died when a car struck a bridge in Lincoln Park on Milwaukee's north side.
