The Winnebago County Board of Supervisors will tour the remodeled former county hospital now housing the home for the retired on Tuesday. Open house for the public is set Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. The facility now houses 30 residents and plans to expand to 185 with 35 attendants. remodeling began in 1956 at a cost of 325000 plus 50000 for equipment.
