Moors Attack French Camp Amid Reports Near Fez

Paris May 27 A report claims Moors attacked the French camp at Merada near the Algerian frontier with French casualties listed as 130 killed and 38 wounded. The Moors supposedly left 1 000 dead and 3 000 wounded, but the ministry of war has not confirmed. Wireless notes say another attack on Fez was silenced by French artillery. Telegraph reports from Axtell indicate Tyler posse members who left for Waco may walk home after learning George Price, linked to the Carrie Johnson assault, was reportedly in custody.
