Oshkosh Vocational School Chooses Larsen Director
Arthur C. Larsen, 46, Madison, was chosen Tuesday to lead Oshkosh Vocational School. He will replace Norman who resigns April 11, and will start July 1 under a two year contract totaling 14,000 with annual expenses. Larsen holds UW degrees, has served on the State Board of Vocational and Adult Education, and has summers at Stout Institute since 1959.

Wisconsin lawmakers were urged to impose a five per cent state sales tax to balance the 1955 budget and ease property taxes.
