Lewiston Idaho May 21 John N King a leading Levinton business man is arrested on charges of murdering his partner Charles E Thatcher. Thatcher slain in the firm store at Lapwai twelve miles from Lewiston on July 15 1888. Two masked men said to have entered the store and fired on Thatcher. A $3000 reward had been offered for Thatcher. The state claims King took two revolvers from their bed and fired one shot from each into Thatcher.

Explosion at Cambridge Bank in daylight robbery attempt
