Milwaukee. Herbert C. La Bahn, manager and part owner of the Fort Washington brewery, began a ten months sentence in the house of correction for violation of the prohibition law. La Bahn pleaded guilty to manufacturing beer containing more than one half of 1 percent alcohol and was fined 2000 dollars. Charles LaBdlin, a brother, pled nolo contendere and fined 2350 dollars.
