Five Die as Train Hits Car at Rural Crossing
Five Milton residents perished when the Montrealer express struck an old sedan at an unprotected grade crossing two miles south of Milton. Driver John C. Vasseur 87 and four school children Rene La Rochelle 11 Howard La Rochelle 11 Earl Fuller 14 were killed instantly. Earl Murray 10 died later in a Burlington hospital.
