Esther Dowie daughter of Dr Alexander Dowie proprietor of Zion died last night from burns after hours of prayer over her bedside. Dowie refused medical aid citing his doctrine while nurses treated wounds and kept attendants away. The coroner was notified and an inquest set. verdict ruled death from burns accidentally received.
