Wind Storm Strikes Northwestern Wisconsin Injures No One

A severe gale swept Rosse Wisconsin last night felling a grandstand onto an Oak Grove streetcar. Flord Cernahan assistant city engineer of Eau Claire Wisconsin died from injuries after his car was struck by a Soo Line train at a crossing obscured by trees.
