Alderman John C. Voss received notice that Walter Kk Roth formerly of Oshkosh died this morning at his Seymour Wisconsin home of tuberculosis after a year long illness. He left Oshkosh last fall for Little Rock Arkansas to edit a daily paper but illnesses forced his return home. Roth was about twenty six, a charter member of Oshkosh Eagles No 267 and well known in the city. Funeral plans were not announced but a large local delegation was expected to attend in Seymour.
