Three-Day Strike Ends at Wausau Manufacturer
Wausau Wisconsin four-employee plant of Marathon Electric Manufacturing Corp ended a three day strike called by the American Federation of Labor Union. Workers returned to jobs after agreement that no discrimination would occur and that unions would not organize in the plant until hearings before the National Labor Relations Board are completed. C. O. union members voted to continue work under the agreement though not parties. The factory, with 250 employees, was closed Thursday by Mayor George W. Borowitz to prevent disorder.
