A Ford coupe fell from a rut, crashed over a six foot wall into the John Strange Paper canal in Menasha. William Burke and Elmer Polzin of Racine escaped serious harm as a Bell Auto wrecking crew hauled the car back to shore after a timber deal near White Lake.

Neenah based 10 man Team Company I 127th Infantry of the Twin City National Guard captured the state championship by defeating Milwaukee Troop K 105th Cavalry and Beloit based Company L 128th Infantry.
