United States proposes concrete plan for international atomic agency

A large rainstorm washed Wisconsin Thursday night and today ahead of spring arrival at 9 45 PM Saturday. Rain totals ranged from 0.08 inch in Green Bay to 0.90 inch in Superior Duluth with mixed rain and snow. Temperatures ran 7 to 16 degrees above normals, hitting 60 at Lone Rock.
