Substantial increases are expected for individuals according to the committee’s findings.
Horace Tenney prominent Wisconsin lawyer editor and pioneer dies at age eighty six. He served in the state legislature and as state printer army paymaster university regent and secretary of the railroad commission under Governor Taylor. He selected the site for the University of Wisconsin. He later edited Chicago and St Paul papers.
Margert Sauer alias Margarit Gratam the psychic faced extradition to Ban Antari Texas on a charge of embezzling 5000 dollars. Judge Jannen denied habeas corpus and remanded her to the jurisdiction of the ahed. Sauer remains held under 5000 dollars bond after a tense court session.
