Milwaukee March 12 a Wisconsin special from Marinette notes Alex Laduke a member of Company I Second regiment ten company state troops in the Spanish American war was pardoned today by President Roosevelt on Senator La Follette's recommendation following Isaac Stevenson of this city. Laduke shot killed Private firation of the Thirteenth United Sisters Infantry in a brasl at Ponce Ports Rim Vas. He was court martialed and sentenced for life. He served eight years in Leavenworth.
