James De Jute Jr., 12, was abducted near his Niles home Wednesday morning and recovered hours later by a multi-agency raid on a gambling resort near Youngstown. Police say two men, John De Marco and Dowell Hargraves, admitted the kidnapping after being booked in Warren. The secret tunnel under a backroad hideout, once used in past abductions, concealed a bare room with rugs and a burning stove before officers forced a wall open and reached the boy.
