Funeral Held For W. W. Quatermass In Oshkosh Baptist Temple
The funeral for W. W. Quatermass was held at 2 PM in the Baptist temple with a full congregation. Members of the Winnebago County Bar Association, the county board of supervisors, and Oshkosh Lodge No. 35 Knights of Pythias attended, along with many friends from Oshkosh and outside the city. The service featured memorial flowers, music by Miss Vah Liew and Heman H Powers, scripture readings, and a graveside salute to the deceased’s affiliations. Trains Collide on Fifth Avenue Elevated. Six Hurt
In heavy fog today two trains on the Fifth Avenue elevated Brookyn line collided at the Twenty fourth Street Brooklyn station. Six persons were hurt, none killed.
