AIJACK SUSPECTS IN CUSTODY AT FONDY
Fred Rock and Herman Kortt of Fond du Lac were in federal custody after hijacking seven barrels of boot leg alcohol from a Northwestern freight car. They were caught loading barrels onto a truck as the car traveled between North Fond du Lac and Fond du Lac. A third man escaped. The car carried 55 gallon drums of supposed cement.
