After two days of testimony Judge D E McDonald ruled in the contested will matter of Delia S Burg that at death she was a Wisconsin resident, granting Winnebago County probate jurisdiction. Burg had lived in Ohio briefly but returned to Wisconsin before dying in December 1938, with a Wisconsin will later contested by Olive Jenkins who traced the Ohio will.
