At Least Four Drown in Wisconsin Waters Sunday
Four or more people died in Wisconsin waterways on Sunday including a York couple, Alfred Pederson 62 and his wife 42, who were swept over a dam when their motor stalled on the Black River at Black River Falls. LaVern Heck 18 drowned in a seven foot hole while wading near Greenwood. Robert Lee Budde 17 drowned while swimming in a spring fed pond near Rome in Jefferson County while camping with his family.
