Deer Lodge Montana June 15 Omro Wil Larabie a Montana pioneer dies leaving a 19000 memorial for his mother Mary Ann Larabie. Another 19090 from the will funds a Mary Ann Larabie Memorial Presbyterian church in Deer Lodge. Six Deer Lodge churches receive 50 each yearly for twenty years for the poor at Christmas. Trustees Donald Larabie and C A Larabie oversee 10000 and decide memorial form, possibly a building fountain park or other.

Trinidad June 13 The Animas county grand jury reported for instructions in the district court. This is the second grand jury called in six months and will investigate disorders in the southern Colorado strike zone. It covers the Ludlow battle and fire on April 20 Forbes battle and fire on April 28 and the Aguilar district coal camp destruction the week between Ludlow and Forbes. Six striking miners charged with burning postoffice property last fall were to be tried in the U S district court opening at Pueblo today. It is believed the miners were involved in burning the Higgins post office when the tipple at the Southwestern mine was discharged.
Frank Esslinger was released by Police Chief Dowling after being held over alleged theft of 1.80 from a man named William Smith. Dowling doubted the robbery claim since Smith did not report. Smith, a nonresident tramp, was arrested for vagrancy on Sixth Street and jailed eight days for no pay of fine plus costs.
Oshkosh baseball star Joe Lotz and Nina Drews of Winnebago Street eloped to Menominee Michigan. The couple wed Friday and returned, with Lotz later delivering a strong pitching performance as his team led the league. Lotz's home is in Resgen, Iowa.

T. Kinder. Hastings complained of illness and attempted to escape again while Kinder stepped away.

In Washington June Thaw was denied bond while the Supreme Court weighs extradition from New Hampshire to New York. The court also refused transfer to Pittsburgh to testify in his father’s estate case. Judge Aldrich ordered release on habeas corpus. Supreme Court action awaits.
Durazzo Albania June 16 government forces under Prince William repulsed a Mussulman insurgent assault on the capital. Colonel Thomson, Dutch gendarmerie commander, was killed early. William then led defense, containing artillery and airfire after three hours of combat. Bluejackets guard foreign legations as rebels outnumbered, with estimates of 27,000 insurgents to 6,000 government troops.
A man giving the name Robert Smith was arrested in Blair's woods near Neenah on suspicion of fatally shooting Frederick Hinds, Soo Line depot night baggage agent. Smith, described as tramplike, is said to resemble the murderer more than any previously seen, with a gray suit and clean-shaven face. He was brought to Neenah and jailed as investigators press to confirm identity.
A voluntary bankruptcy petition was filed today in the eastern district of Wisconsin by William G. Utz & Son meat dealers at 276 Main Street. Liabilities are about 1708 with assets around 865. Warren J. Neville represents the firm. William Utz and Leo W. Utz are involved in the filing.
