Oregon-Jackson bridge plans advance across Fox River

State highway engineers announce nearing completion of plans for a new Oregon-Jackson bridge over the Fox River. Construction is set for summer with a projected cost around 1.34 million dollars shared by City Winnebago County and Wisconsin. A half million bond issue, 380000 city share, was approved. the project includes 210 foot long approaches and a five foot sidewalk on each side.
