Southern bungalow Ajanicotes design with Spanish tile accents
The text describes a Southern style bungalow named Ajanicotes with white cement plaster walls, a fat composition roof, and limited ornamentation including Spanish tiles at the front entrance and iron balcony work. It outlines an East or North oriented layout, living areas on the East or South, bedrooms on the West or North, and a rear kitchen alcove. A basement plan offers an amusement room, laundry, furnace and fuel rooms, with an alternative on concrete or brick piers and lattice for ventilation. Construction cost is estimated at 6000 to 6000 dollars excluding heating and plumbing.
