A bald American aid official Robert Kimball 36 Utah native is sought after the slaying of his chief Jack E. Ryan 44 and Vietnamese woman Mrs Nguyen Thi Hai outside Ryan’s villa in Saigon. Police and U.S. security trace Kimball, who has diplomatic status, as investigators and officials weigh jurisdiction and possible American custody. The victims included Ryan shot as he exited his car. Hai attempted to flee and was killed.
