The Supreme Court today affirmed the district court verdict in the case of Mihert W. Flanecerr and sentenced him to be hanged on August 18. He was convicted of murdering Clyda Armour of Sioux City near Glorieta New Mexico that year. Bennett, alleged to have been Armour’s companion on a motor trip, was arrested in Friday Harbor Washington.
