Madison July S The state board on Friday elected Dr J F Brown for ten years as superintendent of the State School for the Blind at Janesville to head the State Public School for Dependent Children at Sparta replacing Charles M Bright. The salary is 2250. Prof John T Hooper was named superintendent of the blind school at Janesville with a 2000 salary. Other appointments and reelects include Dr Charles Gorst, P J D Cramer, Dr A Sherman, Dr A W Wilmarth, Prof A J Hutton, Prof B W Walker, Dr J W Coon and Charles W Bowron.
