Girl Admits Binding Boy Found Dead

BUFFALOS NY JAP-Chyrc dolls a schoolgirl with mental disturbances sobbingly confessed she bound and gagged Andy Ashley and left him at the park lake edge where he was found dead on June 2 police report. She denied drowning the blond neighbor boy. Police say Chyrel told a psychiatrist she also kidnapped Richard Edgington 3 who was found bound and cuffed but unharmed the day before the Ashley slaying. She has been undergoing mental tests at a hospital since Tuesday. Authorities obtained a warrant charging her with the Edgington kidnapping, pending psychiatric results.
