In Harrisburg Pa January 28 Austin Kelper and Henry Rowe were hanged at 10 0 am in the presence of their people. They and an accomplice attacked the Halifax National Bank of Halifax on March 13 taking about 5000 in cash. Ryan resisted and was shot. Rowe and Kelper were captured and convicted of first degree murder. Frank R Shorey pleaded guilty to related charges and received ten years in prison. In London a separate case John Murray is committed for extradition on manslaughter charges for the death of his wife in Ohio and will sail February 16.
