Robbery at United Drug in Roxbury Nets $18,000
Three men and a woman accomplice robbed United Drug paymaster Paul G. Weedon of $18,000 on the fourth floor of the Roxbury Boston building. They escaped in an automobile while a patrolman fired. Two first-floor stenographers were wounded by buckshot from a net gun. A separate bank holdup in Aiken, South Carolina yielded about $8,000 with no shots fired.
