Sheboygan Judge Appointed in Menasha Annexation Suit
Judge Ferdinand H. Schlichting of Sheboygan was named to hear the Town of Menasha suit against the City of Menasha over a 183 acre annexation. The town sought to void the action and obtain an injunction prohibiting city jurisdiction, after filing an affidavit of prejudice against Judge Arnold Cane.
