Wisconsin Storm Dumps Seven Inches In Parts Of State

United Press International reports a major early winter storm burying Wisconsin under a heavy snowfall. Madison La Crosse and Mequon measured seven inches by mid morning while Racine milwaukee and Green Bay recorded four to six inches elsewhere. Winds gusted up to 40 mph creating drifting and slick roads across the state as officials warned of continued flurries and deteriorating highway conditions.
