Menasha Girl Killed by Car Near Williams Street
Diana L. Kobs 13 of 1049 London St Menasha died after being struck by a northbound car on Highway 47 near Williams Street in the Town of Menasha about 5 45 p m Monday. Driver Sylvester G Zenefski 56 of 911 Mayer St Menasha told deputies the girl seemed to step in front of the car. She left Bible class minutes earlier at Bethel Lutheran Church. Death was due to a brain injury and was Winnebago County first traffic fatality of the year. She was born Sept 7 1952 in Appleton and lived in Menasha three years. Continued on Page 10 Col 7.
