Fire codes threaten Wisconsin adult foster homes

23 Killed in Two Air Crashes Over California and Virginia
In two separate crashes 23 people died. Fourteen aboard a Golden West Airliner and a Cessna 150 collided above Whittier California near a basketball game at a school.
