New York and Chicago capitalists reportedly back a vast underground and elevated railway project in Chicago. Judge Bland wrote the right to combine, siding with Joseph E Walsh who sought to bar master plumbers from denying him supplies for nonmembership. Robbed a Woman and Jewelry Stolen in Two Thefts

Neenah Merchant Charles Langner Dead at 72

Neenah Wisconsin December 2 Special to The Northwestern Charles Langner prominent citizen and former businessman of Neenah died this morning at his home after an illness. He was seventy two. Langner lived in Wisconsin fifty five years and in Neenah thirty. He conducted a general merchandise store for about twenty five years and served in the civil war with Company D Fiftieth regiment.
