A business committee in Neenah has ordered Michelen the local electrician to string incandescent lights along Wisconsin Avenue from the post office to the North Commercial Street bridge. The project aims to illuminate downtown for the holiday season, funded by merchants and supported by Sha Buslavey Men’s Association members.
