Head of Firm Loses Life As Boat Capsizes
Albert C. Ingersoll Jr., 54, president of Federal Barge Line, and his wife Carol, 42, attempted a trip across Green Bay from Sturgeon Bay to Marinette in a small collapsible 16 foot boat. The body of Ingersoll was found on the shore about five miles south of Marinette after a five hour search. Mrs. Ingersoll reached shore in good condition after a five hour ordeal.
