Four urgently needed polio respirators reached Chicago today from Bedford Massachusetts by Air Force C46. The National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis said regular delivery was too slow and the devices will be held for use in Illinois Indiana Wisconsin Michigan Iowa and Missouri. They were manufactured by J H Emerson Co of Cambridge Mass.
