David Klump, 17, West Allis, and William Bullock, 16, Elm Grove, survived. Clarence Hendrick, 30, Fond du Lac, died from a brain blood clot after a skating motorcycle crash and hospital stay following a traffic accident. Hendrick had been held at Fond du Lac safety building on a suspended license charge after the crash.
