A two mile outpost water works crib in Cleveland's harbor burned early today causing at least ten deaths and many injuries. Fire crews rescued twenty men from wreckage and ropes as the burning structure collapsed with workers trapped in the tunnel below the lake. One rescuer reported seven more men in the shaft in critical condition while two others lay unconscious at the bottom.
