Lawrence Hando, twelve, son of William and Mrs. Hando, drowned at electric park during a traction company picnic. He was last seen on a rowboat under the bridge. his shoes and clothing were found on the bank. Police and Dr. Burton Clark failed to revive him after over an hour of efforts. the body remained in the water for five to fifteen minutes according to witnesses.
