Two Men and Boy Drown At Omro Park Tragedy
In Omro Wisconsin a family picnic ended in tragedy as Paul L Astrack 37 and his son Donald 12 both of Berlin along with Harold W Smith 36 of Ripon drowned after a boating accident at Fox River near Omro Park. Rescue attempts by picnickers and county authorities followed, with the three bodies recovered about 25 minutes later. Double funeral services for the Astracks are planned Tuesday at Wiecki Funeral Home Berlin with interment in Oakwood Cemetery.

Missing Man Found After Five Days in Wisconsin Woods
Joseph Bijan, 72, of West Allis, vanished from a deer hunting cabin near Park Falls and wandered five days in Price County.
