Youth Sentenced to State Reformatory for Burglary
Henry Brooks 20 of Neenah was sentenced to one to two years in the state reformatory at Cirech Bay by Municipal Judge Gash Las merning after pleading guilty to burglary. Brooks confessed to burglarizing the Durham Lumber company office in Neenah on the night of Nov 30, 1928. District Attorney Keefe reported the written confession and that Brooks had no prior felony record. Also before the court was George Lane of Oshkosh, whose case for failure to support a minor child was dismissed on defense and DA recommendation after arrears were paid. Lowe was released on his own recognizance.
