Officials paused plans for a parking area as residents consider no parking near the lot and a Tuesday meeting with trustees.
Investigators turn over a 10-15 page report on alleged conflicts of interest by Orland Park officials. Charges cited involve more than 200000 in village business over six years, with officials including George Brown and Robert Davidson named. Morton Friedman will decide on further action.
