Death of Mrs Daly Prompted Tribute at Aurora Cemetery
Mrs Sara Jane Daly died April 18 of cancer, aged 47 years 10 months 27 days. She left a husband John Daly a daughter seven brothers and two sisters. Interment was at the I O C F cemetery near Aurora April 20 with John P F Cole conducting the service. About two hundred attended. Born on the Little Blue River Kansas she crossed the Plains with her husband in 1870, maiden Graves.

Lodging House Raid Netted Four Charged in City Jails
Police raided the Thornton lodging house at Twelfth and Main Streets. Four people were jailed on a serious charge after Mrs. Rowey B. Fisher was found with James Osburn and Lilian Bell with R. Littlefield. The informant was Mrs. Sarah Jane Bell. Osburn and Fisher pleaded guilty. Osburn was fined. Littlefield and Bell were married the same morning by Judge McBride. The district attorney’s office filed charges against Fisher and Osburn. Fraser case sentence was dispensed.
