Chief Shaw arrested him and Recorded Stipp fined him a dollar per mile for the auto law violation. he paid and protested.
The salmon run is on with many felons taking to boats for fishing. Early catches weigh 80 to 66 pounds as outside fishermen flock to the county seat for business.
