Charles William Robison son of William Robison Fair Store proprietor led the negative in the University of Oregon intercollegiate debating team contest among ten aspirants. He won the individual oratory medal and is a Portland native with studies at Hastham school Portland Academy Williams College and Oregon State University. Robison will meet the University of Idaho at Moscow March 26.
